These terms apply to Basic, Dynamic, and Premium Web Design Packages only. Custom work comes with custom terms to be agreed upon before work is performed and payment is received.

Basic Web Design Package

$29.99 per month. Get 1 month FREE by paying on a yearly basis!
Includes:
- All time required in planning site design
- Custom professional web site design
- Domain name registration
- Secure web site hosting
- Static web site up to 5 pages
- Search engine optimized web design
- Custom email address
- No hidden fees
- No contract
- No set fees
- No bandwidth limit
- Minor graphic design including formatting of existing logo, customer supplied photos, and creating web site template graphics
Reasonable content updates as needed. (Constant updates, changes, reformatting, additions charged at hourly rate)
After 12 consecutive months of service, domain name is transferred to customer
Payments will be made to Obscure Cloud automatically by credit card through our payment processor - currently PayPal.
If auto payments are canceled or for any other reason not honored prior to 12 consecutive monthly payments being made, the domain will be used for any purpose at the discretion of Obscure Cloud.
Service will be started upon payment of first and last month fees and maintained until payment is canceled.

Dynamic Web Design Package

$59.99 per month. Get 1 month FREE by paying on a yearly basis!
Includes in addition to what you will get with the Basic Web Design package:
- Dynamic web site up to 5 pages
- Custom programming to allow you to update the site as often as you like for such events as:
- Web form to collect visitors contact information for marketing proposes
Reasonable content updates as needed. (Constant updates, changes, reformatting, additions charged at hourly rate)

- Custom programming to allow you to update the site as often as you like for such events as:
- Web form to collect visitors contact information for marketing proposes
- Verification that your information is correct on other web sites like:
  - YellowPages.com
  - maps.google.com
  - local.yahoo.com
  - citysearch.com
- Creation of social networking sites to provide a complete web presence for your business
  - Twitter
  - Facebook
  - MySpace
  - And others at your request
